- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Swaythread covers 100% of the return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid return label.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 / 0%) on all returned products.
Original Fees: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
